PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

Childcare requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the event for which it is requested to allow time for registration and childcare coordination
Regardless of who is arranging/providing for the childcare, ALL childcare provided for ANY FCC event must be approved by Children’s Ministry (for example, if your ministry is arranging its own childcare, your childcare providers must still meet the application and CORI requirements of Children’s Ministry and be approved by the Director of Children’s Ministry)
If we are unable to provide childcare for your event, Children’s Ministry would still love to assist you as we are able and to screen any volunteers or providers that you may find yourself, provided we receive at least 2 weeks advanced notice to do so
While certainly not applicable for every event, have you considered ways we could incorporate children into the life of the church through this event rather than providing separate childcare? Children’s Ministry would love to help you explore this option if it is something that might be applicable!
